He is an Honorary Member of the National Disaster Medical System, USA, and Member of the International Emergency Management Society, He was a national representative in Joint Medical Committee of NATO for more than 10 years between 1996 and 2006.

Commander of the “Bucur – Obor” Detachment/MU0388, Battalion no.2, “Dealul Spirii” Fire Brigade of the Municipality of Bucharest (currently, “Dealul Spirii” Inspectorate for Emergency Situations Bucharest – Ilfov), in 2002. Currently he is a specialist officer, Associate Professor, PhD Engineer at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy, the Faculty of Fire Fighters/Department of Engineering and Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs. He has published 15 papers and over 600 technical articles indexed in specialized publications.

Radu ANDRICIUC, Col. (r)
He graduated from the Military Technical Academy, Faculty of Constructions, in 1981. He has a military career of 37 years and has held various management and command positions in the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1995 he graduated the civil protection training course and worked, until reserve retirement, in the field of emergency management, the civil protection component.

Ana Maria MOROZOVA, Psycho-sociologist
She ia a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology-Sociology at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest, specializing in psycho-sociology, socio-psycho-pedagogy profile;
She has been a specialist in the field of Labor Health and Safety and Emergency Situations since 2014, with experience in organizing and sustaining Training Sessions and First Aid courses in collaboration with the private health network Regina Maria.

Cristina DUMITRAN, Psychologist
She is a doctoral student in sociology at the School of Advanced Studies of the Romanian Academy – Institute for Quality of Life Research and an officer in the National Penitentiary Administration – Penitentiary Inspection Department. Areas of interest include social policies and quality of life in general, but also those specific to the prison system.
